Hello everyone my name is Ray and I am a diehard foodie. I am starting this blog to promote the Indian food recipes that I have tried over a period of time and are a great treat for the taste buds. My philosophy about cooking is very simple "Any One Can Cook, just keep it simple and follow your instincts."

Okay, first things first at this point I would like to thank the Chefs around the world who have motivated me through their recipes, words and shows to take up cooking as a stress buster...be it Mario Batali's Eggs in Hell or the movie Julia and Julia (2009) based on Julia Child's or Anthony Bourdain's sense of humor or the temperamental Gordon Ramsay with his impeccable palate...I thank you all...you guys are truly inspirational!!
